Hosted at Esencia Cafe, a peaceful, welcoming space created by Esencia Life Centre, Albury.  Art-Tea Mumma blends art, therapy, and relaxation into a soulful experience. With gentle guidance, you'll create meaningful and achievable artworks that weave together self-reflection, self-care, and personal growth.

Each workshop includes a lovingly crafted sweet treat paired with Berry Tea, an Australian-made organic tea from the scenic town of Berry, NSW.

All proceeds support the life-changing work of Esencia Life Centre, your local pregnancy resource centre offering hope, help, and healing to mothers and babies in our community.
